Orders require 2-4 business days for processing, depending on local or warehouse availability. If any unforeseen delays arise, a team member will contact you with additional options. All orders received by 12 Noon PST will begin order processing that same day. Any orders received afterward will begin processing the following day.
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Once an order has shipped, an e-mail will be dispatched to the provided e-mail address with a UPS tracking number. Free shipping is included on all items unless otherwise noted. Free shipping is only valid within the 48 contiguous United States.
Returns:
No returns on electrical or special ordered parts. Refunds will be issued in the same payment type as the purchase. Checks will be issued within 14 days of return. Parts are not returnable after 10 days of receipt. There will be a 10% handling charge on all parts returned. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number and Invoice Number.
